Service-Based Refunds
As our offerings are custom services rather than physical products, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on project stage and work completed.
Cancellations
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund (minus any processing fees) will be issued. Once work has started, refunds will be prorated based on completed work.
Compliance Services
Fees for GST registration and ITR filing are non-refundable once filing has been submitted to the relevant authority.
